Numbuzin No.3 Super Glowing Essence Toner is formulated with 50 types of fermented ingredients that helps brighten and firm up dull, tired skin. This toner preps and hydrates skin, while provide nourishing benefits of an essence. Its revitalizing formula reduces appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. This toner also created to target specific skin concerns, such as roughness and dryness.
HOW TO USE:
After cleansing, dispense a moderate amount of toner on a cotton pad and wipe gently along the skin texture.
