COMMALAX RETURN & REFUND POLICY

RETURN
Commalax PH accepts returns for unused and unopened products depend on your orders shipping option.

-Same-Day Delivery – Not Applicable
-Standard Delivery – Customer must return the product 3 days after she/he receive the items.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for authorization and instructions. Please provide valid reason and proof for your request return. Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used.

REFUND
Commalax PH accepts refund for a damaged or defective products depend on your orders shipping option.

-Same-Day Delivery – Not Applicable
-Standard Delivery –Customer need to contact us immediately within 24hrs after she/he receive the items. Failure to reach out to our customer service within the given timeframe, request will tag invalid and will not accept.

Customer need to provide the following;
-Photo of the damage and defective product.
-Printable return label (provide by the assigned customer service)

Commalax Ph will issue a full refund or send a replacement, whichever customer prefer.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
some items are not eligible for return, including:
- Opened or used products
- Broken glass container/bottle
- Expired item
Refund process will issue depends on customer concern.

SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part, such as a wrong or damaged item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
