Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Yes. We require a minimum of one box per order to optimize your shipping costs and stock rotation.
Can I mix brands or products in one box?

Yes. You may include a mix of brands and SKUs in your order, subject to item-specific MOQs and availability.
What are your shipping options?

We offer two options:

  1. From our Metro Manila warehouse
  2. Direct from Korea to your registered business address
What is the lead time after order placement?

Estimated lead time is 4 to 5 weeks after confirmation and receipt of down payment.
What is your payment policy?

We require a 10% down payment upon order confirmation. The remaining balance is due prior to shipment dispatch.
How much is your shipping fee?

Shipping is charged at ₱120 per kilogram, calculated on top of your total invoice.
Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We accommodate shipping to Southeast Asia, Korea, Russia, Europe, and the Middle East.
How do I track my order?

You will receive a shipment reference number and status updates from your account manager once your order has been dispatched.
Can I cancel my order?

Order cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of confirmation. After this period, cancellations are no longer allowed.
What is your return or refund policy?

Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items, reported within 48 hours of receipt. We do not accommodate returns for change of mind.
